Important: We only collect location data when you actively tap the "Capture Lead" button. We do NOT track your location in the background or when the app is closed.

We automatically collect:

• Device information (type, OS, browser)

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our services

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share your information only in these situations:

• Active Accounts: As long as your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: 30 days grace period, then permanent deletion
• Backups: May remain in backups for up to 90 days
