By accessing or using CrashScope ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

CrashScope is a real estate investment platform that provides:
- D4D (Driving for Dollars) lead capture and management
- ARV (After Repair Value) calculation tools
- Exit strategy analysis and comparison
- Team collaboration and gamification features
- Property data enrichment services
- Renovation tracking and budget management
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features of CrashScope require a paid subscription:
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable Use

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate property data and calculations, CrashScope makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. ARV calculations, seller motivation scores, and exit strategy analyses are tools to assist your investment decisions but should not be the sole basis for any real estate transaction. Always conduct your own due diligence.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CrashScope, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any changes become effective. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
