Overview

The D4D Dashboard is your command center - a comprehensive view of your lead generation activities, gamification progress, and quick access to all features.

Dashboard Sections

1. Statistics Overview

Location: Top row of cards

Four key metric cards show:

Total Leads

• What it shows: Total number of leads you've captured
• Color coding: Grows with your activity
• Click action: Navigate to Leads page

Active Leads

• What it shows: Leads not yet closed, archived, or dead
• Calculation: Excludes archived, dead, and deal statuses
• Use case: Focus on your active pipeline

Average Distress Score

• What it shows: Average distress level across all your leads
• Scale: 1-10 (10 = highest distress)
• Insight: Higher scores = more motivated sellers typically

Leads with GPS

• What it shows: Percentage of leads with location data
• Importance: Required for map view and route optimization
• Target: Aim for 100% when capturing in the field

Fast access buttons for common tasks:

📸 Capture Lead

• Action: Opens lead capture form
• Keyboard: Ctrl+N or Cmd+N
• Best for: Field work, immediate captures

🗺️ View Map

• Action: Opens map view with all your leads
• Keyboard: Ctrl+M
• Best for: Visualizing lead distribution

🛣️ Optimize Route

• Action: Opens route optimization tool
• Best for: Planning your driving routes

📊 View Analytics

• Action: Opens analytics dashboard
• Best for: Reviewing performance and trends

👥 View Teams

• Action: Opens team management
• Best for: Collaboration and team challenges

🏆 Leaderboards

• Action: Opens leaderboards
• Best for: Competition and motivation

3. Gamification Overview

XP & Level Display

• Current XP points
• Current level
• Progress to next level
• XP multiplier status

Daily Goal Tracker

• Set custom daily capture targets
• Real-time progress bar
• Goal streak counter
• Celebration on completion

Combo Counter

• Shows current combo multiplier
• Active when capturing multiple leads quickly
• Bonus XP for maintaining combos
• Visual celebration effects

Streak Display

• Current daily streak count
• Streak protection status
• "Don't break the chain" motivation
• Rewards for milestone streaks (7, 30, 100 days)

Personal Records

• Most leads in one day
• Longest streak
• Highest combo achieved
• Best monthly total

Reward Tier Progress

• Current tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond)
• Progress to next tier
• Tier benefits display
• Special perks unlocked

4. Leaderboard Widget

Location: Right sidebar

Rankings Shown

• Organization: Your rank vs. all users in org
• Team: Your rank within your team (if applicable)
• Global: Your rank across all users (if enabled)

Metrics Tracked

• Total leads captured
• XP earned
• Current streak
• Badges earned

• Real-time updates
• Click to view full leaderboards
• See top 5 performers
• Your position highlighted

5. Activity Feed

Location: Bottom section

What It Shows

• Your recent lead captures
• Team member activities
• Badge unlocks (yours and team)
• Challenge completions
• Milestone achievements

Interaction

• Click on activity to view details
• Like/comment on team captures
• Share your own achievements
• Filter by activity type

Privacy

• Control visibility of your activities
• Choose what to share with team
• Private mode available

Location: Center-bottom

Display

• Last 5 leads captured
• Property address
• Capture date/time
• Distress score
• Status badge

Actions per Lead

• View: Open lead details
• Edit: Modify lead information
• Map: Show on map
• Share: Share with team

Location: Right sidebar (bottom)

• Team members to follow
• Top performers in organization
• Users with similar activity patterns
• Connect and collaborate features

Referral Widget

• Your unique referral link
• Number of successful referrals
• Referral bonus XP earned
• Share buttons for social media

Dashboard Notifications

Decay Warning

Shows when: Your XP decay protection is low

Warning Levels

• 🟡 Yellow: 3-7 days since last activity
• 🟠 Orange: 7-14 days inactive
• 🔴 Red: 14+ days inactive (decay starting)

Actions

• Capture Lead: Reset decay timer
• Learn More: Understand decay system
• Dismiss: Hide for 24 hours

Keyboard Shortcuts

Stats Not Updating

• Cause: Cached data

Slow Dashboard Load
