Offline Mode ensures you can capture leads, navigate routes, and work productively even without internet connection. This is critical for real estate professionals driving through areas with poor cell coverage or to conserve data while in the field.

Setting Up for Offline Use
Pre-Trip Preparation
Essential Steps:
- Download your route
- Cache map tiles
- Sync leads
- Charge devices
Recommended:
- Download neighborhoods
- Cache photos
- Sync recent changes
- Test offline mode
Downloading Routes
Method 1: Individual Route
- Open route you plan to drive
- Click "Download for Offline"
- Progress bar shows download
- Checkmark when complete
- Route available offline
Method 2: Bulk Download
- Go to Routes page
- Click "Offline Manager"
- Select routes to download
- Click "Download All"
- Wait for completion
What's Downloaded:
- All route stops
- Lead details for each stop

Downloading Map Tiles
Coverage Area:

- Route - Along planned route
- Neighborhood - Entire neighborhood
- City - Whole city (large download)
- Custom - Draw boundary

Select zoom levels:
- Basic (Z10-14) - 20-50 MB
- Standard (Z10-16) - 100-200 MB
- Detailed (Z10-18) - 500+ MB

Storage Estimates:
- Small neighborhood (1 sq mi): ~50 MB
- Medium area (10 sq mi): ~200 MB
- Large city (100 sq mi): ~2 GB
Tips:
- Download on Wi-Fi (faster, no data charges)

- Update maps monthly
- Delete old maps to free space
Syncing Leads
Automatic Sync:
- Opens app β auto-syncs
- Background sync (every 15 min)
- Manual sync anytime
Manual Sync:
- Pull down to refresh (mobile)

- Minimum: 500 MB free
- Recommended: 2 GB free
- Power User: 5+ GB free

Capturing Leads Offline
Full Capture Capability:
- Take photos (stored locally)
- Record GPS coordinates
- Add notes and details
- Set priority and status
- Save lead (stored in queue)
What Happens:
- Lead saved to device storage
- Marked "Pending Upload"
- Appears in your lead list
- Syncs automatically when online

- Each zoom level = exponential data
- Z18 = 4x data of Z17
