Overview
The Map View provides an interactive, visual representation of all your captured leads plotted on a map. This powerful tool helps you understand lead distribution, identify target areas, and plan efficient routes through neighborhoods.

Map Interface
Main Components
1. Map Canvas
- Provider: Mapbox GL (interactive, modern mapping)
- Default View: Centers on your leads with optimal zoom
- Controls: Pan (drag), Zoom (scroll/pinch), Rotate (right-click drag)
2. Control Panel (Top Right)
- Zoom In/Out - Buttons for zoom control
- Fit to Bounds - Auto-zoom to show all leads
- My Location - Center map on your current position
- Map Style - Switch between map styles
3. Filter Panel (Left Sidebar)
- Status filters
- Priority filters
- Property type filters
- Date range filters
- Quick filter presets
4. Lead Counter (Top Left)
- Shows number of visible leads
- Updates with filters
- Click to view list
Using the Map
Navigation
Pan (Move Around)
- Desktop: Click and drag
- Mobile: Touch and drag with one finger
- Keyboard: Arrow keys
Zoom
- Desktop: Mouse wheel or +/- buttons
- Mobile: Pinch to zoom or tap +/- buttons
- Keyboard:
+and-keys - Double-Click: Zoom in on that location
Rotate (3D View)
- Desktop: Right-click and drag
- Mobile: Two-finger rotation gesture
- Reset: Click compass icon
Finding Your Position
Enable Location:
- Click "My Location" button (target icon)
- Grant location permission (if prompted)
- Blue dot shows your position
- Map centers on you
Update Position:
- Position updates automatically as you move
- Manual refresh: Click "My Location" again
- Accuracy indicator shows GPS precision

Marker Appearance
Clustering
When zoomed out, nearby leads group into clusters:
Cluster Display:
- Circle with number (e.g., "15")
- Size indicates number of leads
- Color based on average distress/priority
Cluster Colors:
- π’ Green: Mostly low priority (1-5 leads)
- π‘ Yellow: Mixed priority (6-20 leads)
- π΄ Red: Many leads or high priority (21+ leads)
Expanding Clusters:
- Click cluster: Zoom in to expand
- Hover: See lead count (desktop)
- Clusters break apart as you zoom in
Individual Markers
When zoomed in, see individual lead markers:
Pin Icon: π
Color Coding:
- π’ Green - New, low priority
- π‘ Yellow - Researching, medium priority
- π Orange - Qualified, high priority
- π΅ Blue - Contacted
- π£ Purple - Offer made
- β Green (checkmark) - Deal closed
- π΄ Red - Dead lead
- β« Gray - Archived
Size Variations:
- Standard: Normal lead
- Large: High priority
- Small: Low priority
