  1. Start edges, work inward - Clear boundaries first
  2. Systematic rows - Cover street by street
  3. Group by blocks - Complete full blocks
  4. Use route planning - Let system optimize
  5. Mark inaccessible - Note gates, no-access areas
  6. Revisit strategically - Save scattered properties for one trip

πŸ“Š Progress Tracking

Stay Organized:

  1. Review weekly - Check progress on active neighborhoods
  2. Prioritize completion - Finish started neighborhoods before new ones
  3. Log notes - Record access issues, best times, contacts
  4. Celebrate milestones - Acknowledge 25/50/75% marks
  5. Share with team - Update on progress and challenges

πŸ—ΊοΈ Team Coordination

Team Territory Management:

  1. Regular review - Weekly territory meetings
  2. Clear assignments - Everyone knows their area
  3. Communicate - Share discoveries (gates, hours, contacts)
  4. Flexible reassignment - Adjust if member struggling
  5. Overlap minimization - Use system to avoid duplicates

Troubleshooting

Neighborhood Not Showing

Symptoms: Created neighborhood but can't see it

Solutions:

  1. Check layer visibility - Neighborhoods layer enabled?
  2. Zoom level - May only show at certain zoom levels
  3. Filter settings - Check active filters
  4. Privacy settings - Private neighborhoods only visible to you
  5. Refresh map - Reload page

Incorrect Completion %

Symptoms: Completion % seems wrong

Solutions:

  1. Recalculate - Neighborhood menu β†’ Recalculate
  2. Check total properties - Estimate too high/low?
  3. Sync data - Ensure all leads synced
  4. Duplicate leads - System may count duplicates
  5. Boundary issues - Leads outside boundary not counted

Can't Edit Boundary

Symptoms: Boundary edit not working

Solutions:

  1. System neighborhood? - Can't edit built-in boundaries
  2. Permissions - Need admin rights for team neighborhoods
  3. Active session? - Can't edit while someone working it
  4. Try desktop - Complex edits easier on desktop vs. mobile

Assignment Issues

Symptoms: Can't assign neighborhood

Solutions:

  1. Already assigned? - Unassign first or multi-assign
  2. Permissions - Need team admin rights
  3. User availability - Assignee must be team member
  4. Neighborhood status - Can't assign completed neighborhoods
